Cohort or Boot Camp Registrations
Registration fees are nonrefundable. It is important that parents carefully review our program to ensure that participation in our program is something appropriate for their student. To be successful in our program, students must have a willingness to do the work, converse and collaborate with other students, and demonstrate the intellectual curiosity to expand their knowledge of the college planning process. Since our online program contains proprietary information and reflects our intellectual property, we cannot provide students with access to our materials if they are not committed to our program. Consequently, our policy is that no refunds are offered after a student has been registered in one of our online classrooms.
College Planning Cohort (TM) is a trademark of the Foundation for Ensuring Access and Equity, Inc. All printed materials, curriculum units, presentations, and forms are protected by US Copyright law by Mychal Wynn (author) and Rising Sun Publishing (publisher) and may not be copied, shared via screen shots, or otherwise shared with individuals beyond the students’ parents, cohort staff, counselors, and mentors. Students may share their login credentials with parents, but may not share login credentials with other persons. Any violation of these terms can result in the immediate removal from our program and forfeiture of any registration fees.
Code of Conduct
You agree to follow the rules and restrictions of our virtual presentations, including, but not limited to use of appropriate language, demonstrating respectful behaviors, and only turning on microphones and cameras when authorized by our staff to do so. Conduct deemed disrespectful or hindering our ability to conduct presentations may result in your immediate removal from our online sessions and/or removal from our program. Students who are removed or dismissed from our program will forfeit their registration fees.
Terms and Conditions as they pertain to participation in our College Planning Cohort Program or College Planning Boot Camps.

This includes all documents, forms, tables, essays, or other such information created through lessons contained in our program and shared with our staff, via Google Docs, email, or other such forms. You grant permission to be photographed at meetings, for our staff to share outcome data, and share information pertaining to cohort activities, which may include the success of individual students, through social media and press releases to further the foundation’s work. You also agree to the foundation using your image and work as examples in our online activities. You understand that the Foundation for Ensuring Access and Equity will exercise the highest caution and due diligence in limiting access to this information and that the information is being used solely for the purposes of providing college admissions, academic, extracurricular activity/community service, and financial aid guidance and assistance to students participating in the foundation’s programs. Special Conditions for High School Seniors Participating in a Cohort
As a participating high school senior, you agree to provide our foundation with copies of all acceptance/rejection letters, and financial aid award letters. Our staff agrees to block out or remove any personal information such as student ID numbers, or other highly personal information. However, one of the means through which the foundation is able to provide the most up-to-date information pertaining to college admissions and financial aid is by engaging in the annual review of participating students’ data as it relates to college admission offers and financial aid awards.
