Materials that are damaged in transient may be returned for credit or replacement.

Shipping

Our  handling charge is $3.50 per order. Shipping rates are 10 percent of the order total (calculated at checkout) or a minimum of $6.75.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

For orders requiring expedited delivery, such as next day or second day air, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the expedited shipping options you choose. Single book orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Multiple book orders are typically shipped via United Parcel Service. Your confirmation email will advise you of the shipping carrier and estimated delivery date.

Cohort or Boot Camp Registrations

Registration fees are nonrefundable. It is important that parents carefully review our program to ensure that participation in our program is something appropriate for their student. To be successful in our program, students must have a willingness to do the work, converse and collaborate with other students, and demonstrate the intellectual curiosity to expand their knowledge of the college planning process. Since our online program contains proprietary information and reflects our intellectual property, we cannot provide students with access to our materials if they are not committed to our program. Consequently, our policy is that no refunds are offered after a student has been registered in one of our online classrooms.
