Activity: Research clubs, organizations, programs, honors, and awards.

  • Research: Select your high school and identify the clubs, organizations, programs, honors, and awards associated with your gifts, talents, and interests: Begin your research by going to the high school’s website and researching programs, such as the LBJ Early College High School’s Programs page: http://lbjearlycollege.austinschools.org/our-programs and the Austin High School’s Programs page: http://www.austinhighmaroons.org/our-programs
  • Advanced Research: If you cannot find what you are looking for the on the school’s website, perform Internet searches on “name of high school + your areas of interests,” e.g. Anderson High School National Honor Society,
  • Develop a Draft: Make note of each club, organization, program, or award that you desire to pursue. You will refer to your notes when your complete the Resume Builder.
